About the Tour: 12 Days of an Exotic New Year in Brazil

Top hightlights

If you're looking for tours to Brazil and dreaming of celebrating New Year in Rio, this itinerary is crafted just for you: an exotic New Year by the ocean, Rio from above, waterfalls, the Amazon, and several days on the coast. In terms of richness, it's almost a custom-made Brazil tour - everything is planned in advance, yet the program leaves breathing room: a free day in Rio, evening strolls, beach choices, optional excursions. The New Year's tour to Rio de Janeiro doesn't place you in a banquet hall - it brings you to the city's main stage: Copacabana Beach. This 12-day group New Year's tour works beautifully for a first encounter with the country: the "Brazil – Rio – Iguazu – Amazonia" format here never turns into a race. You can opt for add-on excursions to the Bird Park, the Macuco Safari, the Meeting of the Waters, or even swim with pink dolphins. The result is a cohesive impression of Brazil: city, ocean, water, forest, and coast all merge into a single line of travel, filling you with the most vivid memories to carry through the year ahead.

You'll ring in the New Year in Rio with fireworks. Here it happens on the beach, right beside the ocean: people in white walk toward the water, music booms from stages, and Copacabana's fireworks rise from platforms on the water. New Year's Eve in Brazil will be spectacular!
The tour to Corcovado Mountain and Christ the Redeemer starts with a ride on an eco-train through Rio's Tijuca Forest. Damp greenery presses against the train windows, and at the top, the city comes together in a single sweeping view: the bay, beaches, bridge, mountains, and ocean.
Sugarloaf Mountain shows you Rio from a different height: the Pao de Acucar cable car, a stop at Urca, and the final ascent. The Sugarloaf Mountain tour is rewarding because the city unfolds gradually, revealing the bay, boats, and islands in greater detail.
You'll see the city from within during a city tour of old Rio: narrow streets, shadows between facades, colonial churches, monasteries, and the massive cathedral with colorful stained glass. After the beaches and viewpoints, the city gains depth, history, and a different rhythm.
Before revealing the Iguazu River canyon, the trail winds through the forest as the sound of water gradually intensifies. And then - the waterfall! The Brazilian side of Iguazu opens up a panoramic view of the entire cascade line. Spray settles on your clothes, the roar drowns out your own voice, and no camera can capture the full spectacle.
The Bird Park at Iguazu replaces the thunder of water with the damp shade of large aviaries: macaws fly past, toucans turn their heavy beaks, butterflies flash through the greenery. And the Macuco Safari adds motion: a jeep, a forest road, a river, and a boat plunging through spray right up to the falls.
The Argentine side of Iguazu brings you closer to the water: metal walkways glisten with moisture, trails run above the currents and down along the cliffs. A train takes you to the Devil's Throat, where the river disappears into a chasm - a white vortex. Indescribable!
The Amazon will astonish you with its primeval wildness: dark rivers, heavy air, a lodge nestled in greenery, evening insect chirping, and the beam of a flashlight in the night forest. A boat excursion along the Amazon shifts the route onto the water, where the banks become living walls and caiman eyes gleam in the dark.
The Caboclo village reveals the human side of Amazonia: houses by the water, boats instead of cars, nets and tools on the porch. A jungle walk and survival lessons teach you to look at leaves, bark, plant sap, and trails with new eyes.
Buzios concludes the journey on Brazil's tropical coast: coves, boats at the docks, beaches between rocks, salty wind, and dinners by the water. After Rio, Iguazu, and the Amazon, here you can finally slow down and leave a day without a rigid plan, then in the evening drop into a coastal restaurant to sample Brazilian cuisine.

Your 12-Day New Year Itinerary

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Rio de Janeiro – Transfer to Hotel
Upon landing in Rio de Janeiro, you'll be met at the airport. The New Year's tour to Rio begins with getting acquainted with the city. Outside the windows, green hillsides, granite peaks, palms along the highway, and glimpses of Guanabara Bay slide past. Rio doesn't hide behind suburbs - it appears immediately, full of steep slopes and bays, beachy and Atlantic-damp.

As darkness falls, dense rows of lights emerge on the hills - these are the favelas of Rio, looking especially striking at night. By the ocean, life never quiets down.

New Year holidays in Brazil are above all a celebration by the ocean, on Copacabana Beach, and preparations are in full swing: stages are being assembled, fireworks are being readied to launch from the water, and hotels on the front line are already fully booked for dinners and parties. Brazilian New Year traditions mean white clothing, offerings to the ocean goddess Iemanjá, and the Rio de Janeiro fireworks on December 31. And the city is already anticipating the celebration!
Day 1: Arrival in Rio de Janeiro – Transfer to Hotel -0
Day 2: Corcovado & New Year's Eve on Copacabana Beach
After breakfast at the hotel, your guide meets you, and you'll ascend by cog train to Corcovado and Christ the Redeemer (4 hrs), through Rio's Tijuca Forest. Damp greenery presses against the windows, brief clearings between the trees. And then you're at 710 meters! Rio comes together in a single frame: Guanabara Bay, the bridge to Niterói, Sugarloaf Mountain, the Botanical Garden, and the bowl of Maracanã Stadium. And of course, the kilometers-long beaches.

A short rest before the main event. Dress festively: white clothing for New Year in Brazil symbolizes purity and spiritual renewal.

You'll welcome the New Year on Copacabana Beach, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of people in white. Flowers and tiny boats with messages for Iemanjá float on the ocean, illuminated by Rio's New Year's fireworks. Music plays from stages along the shore, featuring famous Brazilian artists. The New Year's celebration in Rio continues: the beach stays alive for hours in the glow of stages and fireworks.

*You can also spend New Year's Eve in Brazil by booking a dinner or party ticket at one of the hotels along Copacabana's waterfront (prices available on request).
Day 2: Corcovado & New Year's Eve on Copacabana Beach -1
Day 3: Sugarloaf Mountain & Old City Tour
After welcoming the New Year in Rio, you'll want to discover more about the city. Your guide will take you on a tour of Sugarloaf Mountain. From Praia Vermelha - Red Beach at the foot of Urca Hill - cable car cabins first lift you to Urca. Then the second segment, shorter and steeper, takes you to the summit of Sugarloaf. The platform is smaller, but the view is vastly wider. Copacabana stretches as a long pale strip, islands lie in the bay, the Niterói bridge spans the water, and Christ the Redeemer is visible from a different angle. From here, the city looks nothing like a typical resort: mountains slice through neighborhoods, beaches lie between rocks, and the ocean is almost always close.

Then you'll head to the central districts. The shade of narrow streets, historic facades, colonial churches and monasteries. Standing apart is the Main Cathedral - massive concrete, with towering colorful stained glass.

*Due to New Year holidays and heavy traffic, the order of stops on the city tour may change.
Day 3: Sugarloaf Mountain & Old City Tour -2
Day 4: Free Day – Beach or Optional Excursions
The New Year's tour to Rio wouldn't be complete without a free day in Rio. Morning is a good time to head to the ocean. Copacabana Beach wakes early, Ipanema keeps a more relaxed beach pace, and Leblon has less bustle.

After noon, you can retreat to the shade of Rio's Botanical Garden, where the avenue of royal palms stretches almost in a straight line, and hidden deeper are orchids, bromeliads, ferns, and ponds with giant water lilies. Or head to Santa Teresa district with its tram, the colorful Selarón Steps, and old hillside houses.

For lunch, try the Gávea / Jardim Botânico area, where there's less tourist bustle and more local restaurants. Or Santa Teresa. Sample Brazilian cuisine, such as feijoada - a hearty black bean and meat stew served with rice, collard greens, and orange - as well as excellent fish and shrimp dishes.

By evening, Rio pulls you back to the water: the waterfront fills with people, cafes are slicing limes for caipirinhas - Brazil's signature cocktail - and lights gradually flicker on across the hills.
Day 4: Free Day – Beach or Optional Excursions -3
Day 5: Flight to Foz do Iguaçu – Approaching the Falls
After breakfast at the hotel, a transfer will take you to the airport for your flight to the Iguazu Falls, into a tour of wild nature on an unimaginable scale. Upon arrival, a driver will meet you at the airport for the transfer to your hotel.

Iguazu is a long arc of waterfalls on the Brazil-Argentina border. The Iguazu River here reaches the edge of a basalt plateau and plunges downward. Ancient basalt lava flows formed here long ago. Later, the river began cutting through them, and where harder layers dropped off in ledges, waterfalls emerged.

The Devil's Throat at Iguazu is the most powerful point: water thunders into a narrow canyon with an indescribable roar. Iguazu Falls excursions allow you to see them from the Brazilian side - where the overall panorama is best - and from the Argentine side, walking along catwalks and platforms directly above the currents and almost at water level. A combined Brazil tour brings you to Iguazu not for just one viewpoint: here you can immerse yourself inside the waterfall system and experience its full diversity.
Day 5: Flight to Foz do Iguaçu – Approaching the Falls -4
Day 6: Brazilian Side of Iguazu Falls – Bird Park & Macuco Safari
After breakfast, with your guide, you'll head to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. The route first passes through Iguazu National Park, Brazil: dense Atlantic Forest outside the windows, red earth by the roadside, large leaves, trunks with bromeliads. Coatis - long-nosed creatures with striped tails - often linger near tourist stops. They look almost tame, but it's best to keep food closed: the animals have long learned that human bags rustle with goodies.

This side is excellent for a first encounter: from here you can see the entire long line of cascades. The water doesn't appear immediately. First, a steady low rumble, then white streaks of streams appear between the trees, and only then do the viewpoints open up. The closer to the Devil's Throat, the damper the air. Spray settles on glasses and clothes, the walkway becomes slick, and the guide's voice you have to listen almost shoulder to shoulder: the roar of water steals part of the words.
Day 6: Brazilian Side of Iguazu Falls – Bird Park & Macuco Safari -5
Bird Park*
After the roar of water and wet walkways, this is a completely different encounter with the rainforest. Officially, the Iguazu Bird Park is dedicated to conserving Atlantic Forest species, housing over 1,400 animals and approximately 130 species. The park also includes a butterfly and hummingbird section. A significant portion of the residents arrived here after being rescued from illegal trade or mistreatment.

Humid air lingers beneath the canopy, bromeliads grow on tree trunks, and large aviaries are netted above the paths. Here the birds aren't behind bars. Macaws fly over your head, toucans turn their heavy beaks toward you, and a dry clicking sound comes from the feeding stations. Incredible closeness and an overwhelming explosion of color.

*Entry fee: USD 50 per person.
Bird Park* -6
Macuco Safari*
This is a two-part adventure. First, you'll ride through the jungle in an open jeep. Your guide will share fascinating insights about how the forest retains moisture, provides shelter for birds and small animals, and coexists alongside the immense waterfalls.

Then a short walk to the riverbank, and you're on a motorboat heading toward the falls. Up the river, the spray wall draws closer, and at some point the waterfall no longer fits in the frame. All that remains is a white curtain of water, damp air, and fragments of greenery at the edges. Small rainbows appear in the mist. Pure exhilaration and unforgettable photos.
Macuco Safari* -7
Day 7: Argentine Side of Iguazu Falls – Devil's Throat
Across the Tancredo Neves Bridge, Iguazu, and you're on the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. It's equipped with purpose-built catwalks that let you view the cascades from numerous perspectives. You walk across metal walkways that gleam with moisture, the air smelling of wet iron, foliage, and river water.

Iguazu Falls from the Argentine side is divided into three routes. The Upper Circuit takes you above the streams, where you can see the water gathering speed, darkening at the edge, and abruptly vanishing below. The Lower Circuit is entirely different - more turns, staircases, and points where the water appears beside you or beneath you. The dark basalt, rock ledges, and mossy stone are clearly visible.

And an ecological train will take you to the Devil's Throat, Iguazu. Here the river seems to lose its bottom and plunges into a vast horseshoe-shaped canyon. It swirls, shatters, disappears into a white vortex. Breathtaking in height and power.
Day 7: Argentine Side of Iguazu Falls – Devil's Throat -8
Day 8: Flight to Manaus – Transfer to Amazon Lodge
After breakfast, transfer to Foz do Iguaçu airport and flight to Manaus. Arrival should be before 16:00; for later arrivals, private transfer to the lodge incurs an additional fee. Transfer to the lodge from Manaus - Evolucao Ecolodge in Amazonia, check-in, dinner, and evening program.

Manaus stands on the Rio Negro; this is where the Amazon tour from Rio begins: heavy humid air, a wide dark river, boats at the docks, dense greenery by the water. At the lodge, you'll find yourself not beside the forest, but inside it. In the evening, the sounds grow louder: chirping, splashes at the shore, rustling leaves.

During your Amazon stay in Brazil, you can try fishing or hike forest trails with a guide. In the evening, a night safari awaits: in the dark, almost nothing is visible without a flashlight, its beam catching leaves, trunks, or low thickets along the path. Sometimes stationary points of light flash in the darkness - caiman eyes.
Day 8: Flight to Manaus – Transfer to Amazon Lodge -9
Day 9: Amazon Boat Tour – Piranha Fishing & Caboclo Village
After breakfast, a boat excursion along the Amazon awaits. Here the river is practically the main road: local boats travel along it, dense greenery stretches along the banks, roots, branches, and occasionally wooden docks appear at the water's edge.

You'll try piranha fishing in the Amazon: rod, bait, patience, short tugs on the line. Piranhas don't attack everything on sight, as in the movies - more often you wait for the fish to cautiously nibble at the bait.

Then we'll visit the Caboclo village, Amazonia. Houses here stand close to the water, boats replace cars, and nets, buckets, and tools can be seen by the porch. During a walk around the village, your guide will introduce you to Amazonian flora and fauna, explaining which plants are used in daily life, which are best left alone, and which may be edible or dangerous. The guide will also demonstrate traditional bow-and-arrow techniques and explain how such skills were used in the forest.
Day 9: Amazon Boat Tour – Piranha Fishing & Caboclo Village -10
Optional Excursion – Meeting of the Waters
The Meeting of the Rio Negro and Solimões is a unique natural phenomenon, romantically called the "Wedding" by locals. The dark, almost black waters of the Rio Negro meet the lighter, murky-yellow Solimões. The Rio Negro is dark due to organic matter from the forest, coloring it like strong tea. The Solimões carries sand, silt, and sediment, making it appear lighter.

Below this point, the river becomes the Amazon. The boundary is visible from a boat and even on satellite images - due to differences in temperature, speed, and water composition. If you dip your hand in, you can feel the temperature change.

The waters flow side by side for several kilometers before finally mixing.

The excursion is conducted en route to or from the lodge, only during daytime transfers (USD 150 per person).
Optional Excursion – Meeting of the Waters -11
Swimming with Pink Amazon Dolphins
Amazon pink dolphins inhabit the freshwater of the Amazon and look nothing like familiar marine dolphins. Botos, as they're also called, have elongated snouts, rounded foreheads, flexible necks, and small eyes.

You can swim with them: first you see only a circle on the water, then a back, a fin, a short exhalation, and the dolphin glides past. It takes fish from the instructor's hand before your eyes, and after swimming you can also feed the dolphins and have photos taken.

Your guide will explain how botos navigate murky water, why echolocation is essential, and why locals regard them almost as legendary figures.

Price: USD 100 per person.
Swimming with Pink Amazon Dolphins -12
Day 10: Manaus – Rio de Janeiro – Buzios (Transfer to the Coast)
Transfer to the airport. Departure from Manaus should be scheduled after 14:30; for earlier departures, private transfer is charged separately. Flight to Rio de Janeiro.

From Rio airport, a transfer will take you to the fishing village of Buzios, to a hotel on the tropical coast.

This former fishing settlement - Buzios, Brazil - completes the grand journey with salty breezes at the docks, walks along the shore, and dinners by the water. It stretches along a peninsula - coves, low houses, beaches between rocks, boats at the docks.

The main luxury here is beach relaxation in Brazil with the chance to slow down and feel the salt breeze on your face, the sand crunching underfoot, and the tantalizing aromas from restaurants. By day, choose a cove and spend hours lying on the sand; by evening, stroll along Buzios beaches, stopping at cafes for a chilled caipirinha.
Day 10: Manaus – Rio de Janeiro – Buzios (Transfer to the Coast) -13
Day 11: Free Day – Relax on Buzios Beaches
Free day. Buzios, Brazil - relaxation.

After the long route, you can think of nothing at all. Choose a beach, stay by the water, switch coves on a whim, and return to town by evening. From the shore, you see green slopes, dark rocks at the water's edge, and boats heading back to the coves at sunset - and sunsets here are especially tender. Getting around the area is easy with a rented buggy in Buzios, making it simple to reach viewpoints, small beaches, and spots where rocks meet the water.

You can head out to sea on a sailing tour from Buzios: the boat follows the coastline, stops for swimming, and from the water you can clearly see how the peninsula is cut by coves. For those wanting more activity, surfing, kayaking, diving in Buzios, or water skiing are good options.

After sunset, life moves to the pedestrian streets: shops, bars, and restaurants open, aromas of grilled fish, lime, and chilled caipirinhas fill the air. No need to rush - dinner easily stretches through the entire evening.

*Beyond Buzios, you can also opt for beach relaxation at any of Brazil's numerous resorts. Quiet coves near Rio, northeastern beaches, dunes and lagoons of Ceará, Bahian towns - the choice is yours.

Angra dos Reis - for lovers of tranquil nature and relaxation (155 km south of Rio). A rugged coastline, calm waters, islands, and coves.

The world-famous resort of Porto de Galinhas, of incredible beauty - at low tide, warm transparent pools remain around the reefs, where you can watch fish near the surface and swim without strong waves.

The vibrant resort of Salvador, a city of Afro-Brazilian culture with drums, colorful facades, and distinctive cuisine (and, of course, beaches).

Pipa, Jericoacoara, Brasília, Aquiraz, Porto Seguro, Trancoso, Brazil. All are 2-3 hours by air from Rio. Clear water, dunes, coconut palms, old colonial towns, and music drifting from bars after sunset.
Day 11: Free Day – Relax on Buzios Beaches -14
Day 12: Transfer to Rio Airport & Departure
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Rio de Janeiro airport, and your flight home. This New Year's tour is framed by the ocean: it begins with a night by the ocean and ends on the beach, quieter now and without the massive crowds. What does your Brazil New Year's package leave you with? You get to know the country from many angles: Rio with its hills, beaches, and favela lights; Iguazu with water plunging into canyons; the Amazon with its dark river and damp forest.

After such a group tour to Brazil, Latin America ceases to be a single exaggerated picture of beaches, carnival, and bright colors. It becomes more complex - containing celebration, ancient waters, and a forest where you instantly become more attentive and cautious. A good start to the year sets the tone: see more, breathe deeper, hurry less, and remember that the world is wider than the usual route and schedule. That's what New Year's tours abroad are for - to enter 2027 not with haste, but with a reserve of air, light, and inner freedom.

Buenas noches Viera.

Pavel, good afternoon!
My name is Marina Ryzhuk. A few weeks ago, our VIP group from St. Petersburg visited Rio with you. I believe you remember them well.
I’d like to thank you for your excellent work with our rather demanding guests. After the trip, they spoke very highly of your services. Our particularly important gentlemen especially appreciated your personal approach — you managed to find a special way to connect with them.
Through your tours, they were able to truly feel the city, which is absolutely priceless on such trips.
Thank you!

They said everything was as precise as with the Germans :)
REVIEW №11- Mikhail and Elena Leksikov
Good afternoon, we were in Rio de Janeiro March 15–17, 2020. Not for long, but it was very full of experiences.
The driver who met us at the airport, to our joy, spoke English and even a little Russian. He pointed out where we could walk and eat.
The next day we met Eleonora, a GUIDE and a Person with a capital P. We were lucky to visit Corcovado and see Brazil’s main symbol. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it to Sugarloaf Mountain due to the coronavirus quarantine.
Instead of the canceled excursion, Eleonora gave us an impromptu city tour. She tells stories in an interesting way, knows a lot, but doesn’t overwhelm with facts, shows where the best photo spots are, and even took pictures herself. Thanks to her, we managed to get coffee and souvenirs—it turned out not so easy to find what we wanted.
She was very caring and concerned for us—even after we went to Búzios, she kept checking how we were, suggesting where to go and what to see and buy.

A very close-knit, friendly team, always ready to help.
REVIEW №12- Nikita, Saga Tour Operator
Good afternoon, Alexandra!
Thank you very much for the organization and support.
The tourist was very happy and said everything was top-notch :)
Paraty is definitely a place to recommend—it leaves no one indifferent. Porto Real is probably in the best spot on that coast.

Thank you!
Wishing you success in everything!

Alexandra!
Our clients have returned, very satisfied.
They left a special review about the guide in Quito:
In Quito, we had a wonderful guide named David.
During our three-day visit to Quito, your guide David was with us. He made our stay in Quito rich, interesting, and unforgettable. Not only does he know a lot about the city, the country, and its nature, he is also a truly interesting person himself. Our three days were filled with conversations about everything. Our knowledge of Ecuador is now practically encyclopedic—we learned so much. And the most important part was that it all happened through engaging discussions.
We’d like to highlight his punctuality, his thoughtfulness, and his attention to detail. His advice on restaurants and places to walk during our free time was invaluable. We’ve met many guides—this is the 103rd country we’ve visited. We don’t always get so lucky with a guide, but David was exceptional. Thank you to him and to all of you!!!

THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION.

Dear colleagues, good afternoon!
I want to thank you for handling our group – a large and challenging one, with a very intense program – which you managed to organize and host at the highest level. Tremendous work – thank you so much, ladies!
Months of preparation, countless changes and additions – I know what it all cost us – but everything turned out perfectly. Thank you for your attention and patience.
For many tourists in the group – despite the number of countries they’ve already visited, practically the whole world – this trip became the best of them all!
That says a lot, and it was so nice to hear. I want to share this gratitude and pride in a job so well done with you!!!!

A poem dedicated to the Ada Tours guide!
In Rio, where sunlight meets golden skies,
Our guide Paulo greets us with kind, warm eyes.
He knows the whole city, where secrets lie deep,
And welcomes each guest with joy that’s sincere.
“Come on,” he says, “to Corcovado,
Christ calls you up to heaven’s shadow.
Then on to the beach, where waves beat the shore,
Copacabana invites us once more.”

Paulo will show us where samba resides,
Where Brazil’s true heartbeat endlessly thrives.
In favelas he sees not poverty, but life,
Where sparks of hope conquer struggle and strife.

With a smile, he leads us along every way,
Paulo’s our friend, our golden pathway.
A Brazilian guide, a master of wonder,
With him, Rio feels closer to heaven’s splendor.

This poem is from me, for you.

Good afternoon, Alexandra.
I want to thank you for organizing our vacation.
Our guides were simply outstanding – top class.
Pavel knows so much about Brazil and Rio in particular. He’s very easy to talk to, communicates effortlessly with people, is always learning something new, and gladly shares his knowledge. An excellent guide and a wonderful person.
And Tiago – we spent two days with him. He’s amazing. Even after 18 years of work, he hasn’t lost the ability to genuinely admire the beauty of the waterfalls. He still takes photos like it’s the first time.
With your guides, it’s never boring! Thank you once again!!!

Hello, Alexandra.
I am sending you the full version of the tourists’ feedback:
We are publishing our review after our trip through Argentina–Uruguay–Brazil with my wife. It is always a pleasure to share emotions when they are entirely positive! We want to thank the entire Ada Tours team who helped us organize the perfect journey. From the very idea of the trip to its completion, you were always in touch with us, tailoring excursions and building the itinerary based on our requests, while also giving valuable advice and making all necessary adjustments. Everything exceeded our already high expectations – the trip was very rich and exciting! We recommend this route to everyone, especially when its organization can be entrusted to professionals☺️
We would especially like to thank you for selecting wonderful guides and drivers. At every stage, everything went like clockwork – we never missed a single thing, and the drivers were always extremely polite and pleasant.
Our journey began in Buenos Aires with a city tour. We visited the main square – Plaza de Mayo, cathedrals, and saw key architectural monuments from the Spanish colonial period, as well as the modern financial center. We explored the vibrant and colorful La Boca district and the main city ports. We were lucky with the weather, and the tour was fascinating. The guide advised us to visit several additional places, and we chose the Recoleta Cemetery, where many of Argentina’s most famous figures are buried. After the tour, we asked to be dropped off near the entrance and bought tickets. The only issue we faced was that we couldn’t pay in cash, but other visitors kindly helped us with the payment. The cemetery left a strong impression on us – we would definitely recommend it as a must-visit.
In the evening, we went to a tango show that exceeded all expectations. We watched authentic Argentine tango performed to live music, enjoyed Argentine wine, and saw other artists showcasing traditional instruments. The show was incredible and allowed us to truly experience the local culture.
The next morning we traveled by ferry to Montevideo. The journey was very comfortable; we would only recommend bringing snacks and an extra layer of clothing, as despite the heat, the ferry was air-conditioned and quite cool inside. We loved the city itself – we managed to see all the main sights and stroll along the coast. Midway through the tour, a wonderful lunch was arranged for us, followed by a light meal at the hotel.
After Montevideo, we continued as planned to Patagonia, where we spent just under three days. This place amazed us – it’s like nowhere else on Earth. From our hotel, we could see the vast Lake Argentino with its turquoise waters (sometimes flamingos can be seen there, though unfortunately we didn’t). The scenery of the Patagonian steppe and mountains will remain in our hearts for a long time. We took an excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier – a unique wonder, truly beyond words. Probably the most powerful impression of the whole trip came from this glacier and the national park. It’s something everyone should witness with their own eyes.
After our mini-journey in Patagonia, we went on to Iguassu Falls, viewing them from both the Argentine and Brazilian sides. The sight was utterly unique and magical! Jungle, soaring eagles, butterflies, monkeys, and an endless chain of waterfalls stretching beyond sight. The park’s trails are very well maintained, with rest areas to escape the heat and humidity, and facilities everywhere.
The final stop of our trip was Brazil’s tourist capital – Rio de Janeiro. We visited the Christ the Redeemer statue, with its breathtaking views of the city, then spent time on Copacabana Beach, enjoying the Atlantic Ocean.
Overall, our journey was amazing and very full! And most importantly – as comfortable as possible, considering how vast the geography of our route was. Thank you!
Once again, thank you!

Sincerely,
General Director
