Tour Information

The tour booking process works in the following way: 

You write us an email after having a look at the website for the most attractive tour, or just getting ideas for your personal custom-made tour. We will turn these ideas into an itinerary that you can bring corrections into according to your own wishes but also with our advice of the nicest places to be, things to do and the most efficient connections between the places you wish to visit. We work out the cost, the necessary internal flights and send you a proposal. As you accept the proposal we book everything and send you the invoice. The inbound flights are usually booked by the customers, but we do inform you where to arrive and from what airport to depart. After payment you get the vouchers and 1 week before travelling the full information list with a detailed itinerary with timings, numbers of tour guides, and all other details. 

Please let us know if you have any questions on visa processing or other formalities so we can inform you of the procedures in accordance with your nationality and the countries you choose to visit. 

As you arrive with your transfers booked,  your guide awaits you with your name board at the airport, takes you to your hotel and takes care of your program until you depart. We have certified local guides with the best knowledge and care of our customers, a modern fleet of transport and work with personally best- selected hotels.
