DAY 01: LIMA| INC: BArrival in Lima. Meet and greet, transfer to your hotel.

DAY 02: LIMA| INC: BWe will have a panoramic view of the main streets, squares and avenues of the city. We will start with a panoramic view of the Miraflores district. We will start in the Parque del Amor, where we will observe the famous sculpture “The Kiss”, by the Peruvian artist Victor Delfin. Then, we will observe the impressive Huaca Pucllana, ceremonial center of the Lima culture. We will continue to the Plaza de Armas, where we will find the Government Palace and the Municipal Palace. We will visit the Cathedral and walk to the Convent of Santo Domingo, whose corridors were walked by San Martín de Porres and Santa Rosa de Lima in the 17th century and where their remains currently lie there.

DAY 03: LIMA/CUSCO| INC: BDeparture transfer.
Arrival in Cusco. Meet and greet, transfer to your hotel.
Check in at 12pm.
We will go up to the Archeological Park of Sacsayhuaman. Our excursion starts visiting the magnificient fortress, a beautiful place that radiates peace and quiet. We will be able to admire the rocks measuring up to 4 meters high that were used in its construction. Then, we will continue to Q'enqo, and ancient temple of the cougar, that has inside an altar for sacrifices in the inner part of the rock. Tambomachay, the sacred fountains of life and health. On the way we will have a panoramic view from Puca Pucara, a watch tower that controlled the entrance to the city. After that, we will visit the Temple of the Sun "Korikancha", on top of which the Santo Domingo Convent was built. A legend tells that his temple was entirely lined in gold sheets that marveled the Conquistadors upon their arrival. Finally, we will end our tour visiting the Cathedral, located in front of the main square, and keeps colonial invaluable paintings and other works of religious art such as the Cross that arrived with the first conquerors.

DAY 04: CUSCO/SACRED VALLEY | INC: B/LWe will visit the most outstanding sites of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We will leave for the town of Chinchero, the most typical and picturesque of the Sacred Valley. This town is also famous for its women weavers, we will make a brief stop in a textile center to appreciate its beautiful fabrics and where they will teach us the ancient Inca techniques for dyeing and spinning with Alpaca wool. In the town of Chinchero we will visit its Inca archaeological complex and its beautiful colonial church enjoying the impressive natural images that surround the town. We will continue to Moray, beautiful and curious Inca archaeological complex composed of colossal concentric terraces simulating a large amphitheater. In Incas times, it served as an agricultural laboratory where diverse microclimates were recreated. Lunch at one of the restaurants in the area. Finally, we end our tour visiting the fabulous archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo important for the Incas as a military, religious and agricultural center. We will visit the Temple of the ten windows, the bathrooms of the ñusta, the Temple of the Sun among other places of interest. The postcards from the heights of Ollantaytambo will close this magical day in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

DAY 05: SACRED VALLEY / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO | INC: B/LIn the morning transfer to Ollantaytambo train station, where we will depart by train to visit one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. We arrive at the Aguas Calientes station where our staff will assist us on boarding the bus to go up the winding road to Machu Picchu, amid a spectacular view of the Urubamba River and its canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will astonish us with its terraces, ceremonial shrines, steps and urban areas. Energy is all around us. Buffet lunch at restaurant in Aguas Calientes
At the arranged time, we will take the train back to Cusco city.

DAY 06: CUSCO/PUNO| INC: B/LDeparture transfer to the train station. Departure by Titicaca train to Puno. Lunch is included. https://www.perurail.com/special-offers/perurail-titicaca/
Arrival in Puno. Meet and greet, transfer to your hotel.

DAY 07: PUNO/LIMA| INC: B/LA full day tour to explore Lake Titicaca. First, we will visit the Uros, the friendly inhabitants of these handmade islands made of totora reeds. Then it’s off to Taquile Island, a place in which the settlers still maintain their ancestral traditions and colorful typical clothes. A great opportunity to explore the island and get the best view of the lake. A typical lunch is provided in the island. Return to the city in the afternoon.
Departure transfer to Juliaca airport for the direct flight to Lima.
Arrival and transfer by shuttle vehicle to the hotel (hotel service).

DAY 08: LIMA/IQUITOS| INC: B/L/DIn the morning transfer by shuttle vehicle to the airport (hotel service) for the direct flight to Iquitos. Arrival in the city of Iquitos, assistance and transfer to the pier to head to the lodge. We will sail down the Amazon River, the largest river in the world by volume, and witness the magnificence of the river, the lush rainforest and the picturesque riverside villages. Arrival and accommodation at the lodge. After lunch, we will visit Lakes Sapote and Moenas, where we will observe various birds as parrots, macaws, wattled jacanas, herons, horneros, among others. Later, we will go on a night excursion to discover the mysterious nocturnal rainforest life. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 09: IQUITOS| INC: B/L/DWe will hike to Lake Leoncito, where the world’s smallest monkey, the saddle-back tamarind, will surprise us. We will also have the opportunity to observe one of Amazonian largest trees, the Ceiba. After lunch, we will visit the Lakes Corriente and Purura, where we can catch different fish species, including the famous piranha. Later, we will go again on another night walk in search of giant toads and frogs. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY 10: IQUITOS / LIMA| INC: B/LWe will sail down the Amazon River to see the pink and gray dolphins. Going back to the lodge, we will observe the world's largest aquatic plant, the famous Victoria Regia. Buffet lunch. At arranged time, transfer to the airport to board your departure flight.
Arrival in Lima. Meet and greet, transfer to your hotel.
