The best memorable and unique tours

The perfect tour

This journey is built around Rio’s Carnival – when music spills beyond the clubs and takes over the entire city. You'll watch the samba school parade from a private box at the Sambadrome, spend an evening at the legendary Carnival Ball inside Copacabana Palace, and still have room in the schedule for downtime and lazy strolls through Rio. Most Brazil Carnival tours wrap up once the parade ends. Here, the celebration is only the opening act. You'll lift off over Rio on a helicopter flight, take in the city from Corcovado and Sugarloaf, then trade the oceanfront for the mist-soaked jungle of Iguazu. After nights of drums and neon lights, the roar of the falls, the cool spray, and the wide river stretching beneath the Argentine walkways hit differently – sharper, deeper, more alive. What sets premium Brazil tours apart is the precision behind the scenes. From airport meet-and-greets to private transfers, VIP skip-the-line access, and dedicated guides throughout, every detail is handled so you never have to think about logistics. In Rio, you'll stay at Copacabana Palace; near the falls, at Belmond Das Cataratas. Both are perfectly positioned, putting you right at the heart of the action. This is a Brazil luxury tour built for travelers who want to experience Carnival at its most vivid – without spending their entire holiday swallowed by the crowd. Your VIP Brazil journey is already assembled from private experiences and carefully placed pauses. All that's left is to show up and take it in.

A morning at Copacabana Palace begins with the Atlantic just outside your Deluxe Ocean View Room. In the evening, you can descend to Cipriani, a Michelin-starred restaurant known for its refined Italian cuisine, exceptional wine selection, and live piano. After dinner, it's a pleasure to hear the pulse of nighttime Copacabana just beyond the doors.
An ecological train carries you to the summit of Corcovado. During this VIP Corcovado tour, the branches of the Tijuca Forest reach close to the carriages, with glimpses of the bay appearing between the trunks. At the top, the noise fades, and a panoramic view of the city unfolds - sprawled between hills and ocean.
You'll discover old Rio in vivid detail during a private guided walk. The Lapa Arches cut across the neighborhood in a clean white line, the Selarón Steps burst with colorful mosaics, and the Municipal Theater of Rio greets you with its grand facade.
At 10 PM, Copacabana Palace shifts its mood: the grand halls fill with evening gowns, music, and carnival costumes. The Copacabana Palace Carnival Ball lasts until dawn, blending dance, haute cuisine, and flawless service into one of Rio's most luxurious nights.
Rio leaves its strongest impression from the air. A 30-minute helicopter flight over Rio glides above the lagoon, the beaches of Leblon, Ipanema, and Copacabana. Then Corcovado and Sugarloaf come into view, separated by neighborhoods, mountains, and water.
At the Sambadrome, the drums are audible before the samba schools appear. You'll be in a private Frisa box in Sector 4 - just six seats in the front row A/B with an excellent view of the parade. VIP Carnival tickets in Rio, private transfer with a guide, and the option to leave early are all included.
From the Brazilian side of Iguazu, the falls first reveal themselves in full: dozens of streams plunging into the canyon, with mist hanging over the forest. Then you'll head in an open jeep toward the river, and a private Macuco Safari boat will bring you almost face-to-face with the falling water.
The Argentine side leads to the water in stages: an ecological train, long catwalks above the calm riverbed, and different angles on the falls. Then the platform at the Devil's Throat. Here the river drops into a white veil, spray reaches your face, and the roar leaves no room for conversation.

The tour route is planned by days

Tour route

Day 1. Feb 5 – Rio de Janeiro: Arrival & Copacabana

Upon arrival, your guide will meet you at Galeão International Airport with a sign and escort you to your private transfer. Rio starts revealing itself on the drive in: green slopes pressing against neighborhoods, the ocean flashing between buildings, and the warm, humid air quickly reminding you that you're in the tropics.Belmond Copacabana Palace is one of Brazil's most legendary luxury hotels. You'll be staying in a Deluxe Ocean View room with breakfast included. The travel day is behind you, and the evening is yours. Outside your window, Copacabana Beach hums with beach games, music, and refreshments – exactly what premium hotels in Rio are known for.Wondering how to begin your VIP stay at Copacabana Palace? After a shower, you can head down to the ocean or stay in and dine at Cipriani, a Michelin-starred restaurant praised for its refined Italian cuisine, wine selection, and live piano.

*Fast Track service is available as an add-on: meet-and-greet at the aircraft, electric cart transfer, priority security clearance, check-in assistance, baggage handling, and porter service.
Day 1. Feb 5 – Rio de Janeiro: Arrival & Copacabana -0

Day 2. Feb 6 – Rio de Janeiro: Corcovado, Christ the Redeemer, Lapa Arches, Selarón Steps, Cathedral & Carnival Ball

After breakfast, the ecological train takes you through the Tijuca Forest to the summit of Corcovado. From Christ the Redeemer, the city spreads out almost entirely below: the ocean curves around the beaches, the Niterói Bridge stretches across Guanabara Bay, and neighborhoods nestle between mountains and lagoons. It's the kind of view that makes you want to put the phone down for a moment and just take it in.

Lunch at Aprazivel (not included). Then a tour of the historic center. You'll see the Lapa Arches – Rio's famous aqueduct – and climb the Selarón Steps, covered in tiles from around the world. You'll also pass the Municipal Theater and step inside the Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio, where light filters through towering stained-glass windows.

We recommend dinner at Marius Degustare (not included).

Tonight, the Copacabana Palace Carnival Ball takes over the hotel. At 10 PM, the grand halls fill with evening wear, music, and carnival costumes. Until dawn, you'll be a guest at one of Rio's most exclusive parties, with fine dining and impeccable service setting the tone.
Day 2. Feb 6 – Rio de Janeiro: Corcovado, Christ the Redeemer, Lapa Arches, Selarón Steps, Cathedral & Carnival Ball -1

Day 3. Feb 7 – Rio de Janeiro: Helicopter Flight over Rio & Sambadrome (Champions' Parade)

The morning is yours to recover. Sleep in after the ball, enjoy a relaxed breakfast, spend time by the pool, or take a stroll along Copacabana Beach to recharge before the main event. In the afternoon, a 30-minute helicopter flight lifts you above the city. Rio stops being a flat map – beaches curve along the ocean, green mountains rise between neighborhoods, and Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain suddenly appear almost at eye level. In the evening, your VIP Carnival tour moves to the Sambadrome. This is the samba school parade: the drum sections are audible before the dancers even appear, then the avenue fills with performers in dazzling costumes and moving floats. You'll watch from a private Frisa box in Sector 4, with seating for just six guests – a clear advantage of an exclusive Carnival tour.

*Private transfer with a guide is included; you can return to the hotel earlier if you prefer.
Day 3. Feb 7 – Rio de Janeiro: Helicopter Flight over Rio & Sambadrome (Champions' Parade) -2

Day 4. Feb 8 – Rio de Janeiro: Sugarloaf Mountain & Urca Hill

After the night at the Sambadrome, the morning is free. Sleep in, linger over breakfast, or wander the city. This pause ensures your luxury Brazil trip doesn't turn into a non-stop parade of activities. In the afternoon, your guide will take you to Praia Vermelha (Red Beach) at the base of Urca Hill. The cable car lifts you first to the spacious platform of Urca Hill, then to the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain. From Corcovado, Rio is seen from above, among mountains and lagoons. From Sugarloaf, the city turns its ocean side toward you: Guanabara Bay lies close, Copacabana curves along the water, islands break the horizon, and Christ the Redeemer stands in the distance. This second perspective is exactly why VIP Rio tours include both peaks.

*VIP Access (Fast Track) is included for Sugarloaf, letting you skip the general queue. These are the details that set a VIP Brazil tour apart from a standard program.
Day 4. Feb 8 – Rio de Janeiro: Sugarloaf Mountain & Urca Hill -3

Day 5. Feb 9 – Rio de Janeiro: Free Day – Botanical Garden, Parque Lage, Ipanema or Optional Angra dos Reis Helicopter/Costa Verde Boat Tour

A free day – today, Rio is whatever you want it to be. Walk beneath the imperial palms of the Botanical Garden, visit the Parque Lage mansion, or spend hours in Ipanema's galleries, boutiques, and cafes. You stay where it's interesting and ignore the excursion clock – exactly as a premium Brazil getaway should be.

This exclusive Brazil tour can be tailored to your mood: take a 40-minute helicopter flight to Angra dos Reis (additional cost, not included) or drive along the Costa Verde, watching city blocks give way to green slopes. In Angra, you'll board a boat and cruise between the green islands. During stops, you can swim and snorkel among colorful fish and marine life. Lunch is served on one of the islands. With your own route, the state's best beaches, and quiet coves, this makes an especially fitting option for a premium romantic getaway.
Day 5. Feb 9 – Rio de Janeiro: Free Day – Botanical Garden, Parque Lage, Ipanema or Optional Angra dos Reis Helicopter/Costa Verde Boat Tour -4

Day 6. Feb 10 – Rio de Janeiro – Foz do Iguaçu: Brazilian Side of Iguazu Falls, Devil's Throat & Macuco Safari

After breakfast, you'll be taken to the airport for your flight to Foz do Iguaçu. Upon arrival, your guide will meet you and take you to a Junior Suite with breakfast at Belmond das Cataratas – the only hotel inside Iguazu National Park. Guests can walk to the falls before the park opens or after it closes, when the trails are quieter. On the Brazilian side, the cascades appear gradually between the trees. First, you hear the rumble, then mist rises above the canyon, and at the Devil's Throat – the most powerful section – spray reaches the walkway. The full panorama of the falls is laid out before you, and it's so wide, all you can do is watch and marvel.VIP Iguazu excursions include more than just a guided walk. A private Macuco Safari boat takes you onto the river. You'll ride through the forest in an open jeep, then board a motorboat that approaches the falls so closely that the roar drowns out conversation. On sunny days, rainbows form in the air. Pure exhilaration and unforgettable photos.
Day 6. Feb 10 – Rio de Janeiro – Foz do Iguaçu: Brazilian Side of Iguazu Falls, Devil's Throat & Macuco Safari -5

Optional Excursion: Iguazu Bird Park*

Located next to the national park, the Bird Park takes you through large aviaries rather than cramped cages. Toucans perch on branches at eye level, parrots call from the canopy, and in the macaw enclosure, large birds fly low enough for you to hear the beat of their wings. In a separate garden, butterflies land on leaves and sometimes on guests, while hummingbirds dart between flowers. It's a vivid reminder of how loud and active the rainforest really is. Many of the park's residents were rescued and are in rehabilitation, so the park also highlights conservation efforts.
Optional Excursion: Iguazu Bird Park* -6

Day 7. Feb 11 – Foz do Iguaçu: Argentine Side of Iguazu Falls, Upper & Lower Circuits, Devil's Throat

After breakfast, you'll cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge into Argentina with your guide. Your VIP Rio – Iguazu tour continues on the Argentine side, where the walkways bring you much closer to the water – paths run above the riverbed, and individual streams drop away right beneath your feet. From the Brazilian side, you saw the entire line of cascades. Now you can pause above each one, feel the cool spray, and spot orchids, butterflies, and birds along the trail. The Upper Circuit takes you above the falls, the Lower Circuit brings you alongside them, and an ecological train delivers you to the Devil's Throat trail – the most powerful cascade. You'll walk along catwalks across the wide, still river. At the platform, the water suddenly vanishes into a white veil, and the roar leaves no room for words. The final image of a luxury Rio and Iguazu tour becomes that white curtain of water, with the opposite bank almost invisible.
Day 7. Feb 11 – Foz do Iguaçu: Argentine Side of Iguazu Falls, Upper & Lower Circuits, Devil's Throat -7

Day 8. Feb 12 – Foz do Iguaçu: Transfer to Airport for Return Flight to Rio/São Paulo & International Departure

After breakfast, you'll be transferred to Foz do Iguaçu International Airport for your flight back to Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo and onward connection to your international flight. Your VIP Carnival tour comes to a close – the transfer is already arranged, and all that's left is the journey home. You'll carry with you the thunder of drums at the Sambadrome, Rio seen from beneath a helicopter, the cold spray of Iguazu, and those quiet moments at the falls when the park felt almost entirely yours. Copacabana Palace and das Cataratas showed exactly why travelers choose Belmond hotels in Brazil: one stands on a glamorous urban beach, the other in the damp forest next to the world's largest waterfalls. The journey ends, but Brazil will keep calling you back in different voices – returning in memories as the sound of the ocean, samba past midnight, and water falling into a white veil.
Day 8. Feb 12 – Foz do Iguaçu: Transfer to Airport for Return Flight to Rio/São Paulo & International Departure -8

Buenas noches Viera.

Pavel, good afternoon!
My name is Marina Ryzhuk. A few weeks ago, our VIP group from St. Petersburg visited Rio with you. I believe you remember them well.
I’d like to thank you for your excellent work with our rather demanding guests. After the trip, they spoke very highly of your services. Our particularly important gentlemen especially appreciated your personal approach — you managed to find a special way to connect with them.
Through your tours, they were able to truly feel the city, which is absolutely priceless on such trips.
Thank you!

Anna, thank you very much on behalf of our tourists, the Chubar family, who visited in February.

They said everything was as precise as with the Germans :)
REVIEW №13- Mikhail and Elena Leksikov
Good afternoon, we were in Rio de Janeiro March 15–17, 2020. Not for long, but it was very full of experiences.
The driver who met us at the airport, to our joy, spoke English and even a little Russian. He pointed out where we could walk and eat.
The next day we met Eleonora, a GUIDE and a Person with a capital P. We were lucky to visit Corcovado and see Brazil’s main symbol. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it to Sugarloaf Mountain due to the coronavirus quarantine.
Instead of the canceled excursion, Eleonora gave us an impromptu city tour. She tells stories in an interesting way, knows a lot, but doesn’t overwhelm with facts, shows where the best photo spots are, and even took pictures herself. Thanks to her, we managed to get coffee and souvenirs—it turned out not so easy to find what we wanted.
She was very caring and concerned for us—even after we went to Búzios, she kept checking how we were, suggesting where to go and what to see and buy.

A very close-knit, friendly team, always ready to help.
REVIEW №14- Nikita, Saga Tour Operator
Good afternoon, Alexandra!
Thank you very much for the organization and support.
The tourist was very happy and said everything was top-notch :)
Paraty is definitely a place to recommend—it leaves no one indifferent. Porto Real is probably in the best spot on that coast.

Thank you!
Wishing you success in everything!

Alexandra!
Our clients have returned, very satisfied.
They left a special review about the guide in Quito:
In Quito, we had a wonderful guide named David.
During our three-day visit to Quito, your guide David was with us. He made our stay in Quito rich, interesting, and unforgettable. Not only does he know a lot about the city, the country, and its nature, he is also a truly interesting person himself. Our three days were filled with conversations about everything. Our knowledge of Ecuador is now practically encyclopedic—we learned so much. And the most important part was that it all happened through engaging discussions.
We’d like to highlight his punctuality, his thoughtfulness, and his attention to detail. His advice on restaurants and places to walk during our free time was invaluable. We’ve met many guides—this is the 103rd country we’ve visited. We don’t always get so lucky with a guide, but David was exceptional. Thank you to him and to all of you!!!

THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION.
REVIEW №17- Elena and Evgeny

It was simply a great pleasure to talk to such a smart, educated, and interesting person! He did everything and even more! Many thanks!!!

Our escorts checked us in for the domestic flights and stayed with us right up until passport control!

Dear colleagues, good afternoon!
I want to thank you for handling our group – a large and challenging one, with a very intense program – which you managed to organize and host at the highest level. Tremendous work – thank you so much, ladies!
Months of preparation, countless changes and additions – I know what it all cost us – but everything turned out perfectly. Thank you for your attention and patience.

A poem dedicated to the Ada Tours guide!
In Rio, where sunlight meets golden skies,
Our guide Paulo greets us with kind, warm eyes.
He knows the whole city, where secrets lie deep,
And welcomes each guest with joy that’s sincere.
“Come on,” he says, “to Corcovado,
Christ calls you up to heaven’s shadow.
Then on to the beach, where waves beat the shore,
Copacabana invites us once more.”

Paulo will show us where samba resides,
Where Brazil’s true heartbeat endlessly thrives.
In favelas he sees not poverty, but life,
Where sparks of hope conquer struggle and strife.

With a smile, he leads us along every way,
Paulo’s our friend, our golden pathway.
A Brazilian guide, a master of wonder,
With him, Rio feels closer to heaven’s splendor.

This poem is from me, for you.

Good afternoon, Alexandra.
I want to thank you for organizing our vacation.
Our guides were simply outstanding – top class.
Pavel knows so much about Brazil and Rio in particular. He’s very easy to talk to, communicates effortlessly with people, is always learning something new, and gladly shares his knowledge. An excellent guide and a wonderful person.
And Tiago – we spent two days with him. He’s amazing. Even after 18 years of work, he hasn’t lost the ability to genuinely admire the beauty of the waterfalls. He still takes photos like it’s the first time.
With your guides, it’s never boring! Thank you once again!!!
