The best of Peru in the tour

Machu Picchu – the most enigmatic city, lost in the mountains!

Lima – the City of Kings, known for its refined architecture!
Puno – the land of floating islands on Lake Titicaca!
Colca – the deepest, yet breathtakingly beautiful canyon!
The mysterious Nazca Lines!
Cusco – the ancient capital of the Inca Empire!

Peru is a land of timeless wonders, where ancient civilizations, dramatic landscapes, and vibrant culture come together in one unforgettable journey.
Lima, the City of Kings, enchants with its colonial charm, cutting-edge gastronomy, and a coastline kissed by the Pacific Ocean.
The Nasca Lines, etched into the desert plains, remain one of the world’s greatest enigmas — vast geoglyphs visible only from the skies, whispering secrets of a lost civilization.
The Colca Canyon, one of the deepest on Earth, stuns visitors with its rugged beauty and soaring condors gliding through the high Andean skies.
Puno, nestled high in the Andes, is a cultural haven where festivals light up the streets and ancient traditions echo across the land.

Tour route
Day 1: Lima, The City of Kings
Arrival in Lima and transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon, visit the city of Kings. We will start our outing in the district of Miraflores. Our first stop will be in the famous Parque del Beso (Park of the Kiss), a landmark in the city where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Lima Bay. Afterwards we will go to the historical Downtown Lima, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which awaits us full of stories of yesteryear. On the way we will pass by the Huaca Pucllana, a pre-inca pyramid that is similar to a modern city. After arriving at the Plaza Mayor of Lima (Lima’s Center Square), surrounded by the Cathedral, the Archbishopric of Lima, the Government Palace and the Municipality, we will enter the Cathedral of Lima, where the crypt of the conquistador Francisco Pizarro is located. Then we will go across the Plaza Mayor and enter the Convent of Santo Domingo, a colonial architectural jewel where time seems to have stopped. In this place lie the mortal remains of Santa Rosa de Lima, San Martín de Porres and San Juan Masías, much worshiped saints. Inside we will find a great library that stores books printed in the XV century. At this convent the first University of America was established, San Marcos. Time to leave downtown Lima and return to the hotel.

Dear Anna, Alexandra, Iona and the rest of the team at Ada Tours
Feed-back from a happy, satisfied customer!
A very big thank you for your very efficient services, Hospitality and most importantly your patience throughout the tour of my client. Dr. Chrysantha Mendis is very happy with the entire Tour. You did a fantastic job by organizing a detailed tour package covering 7 countries, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil. Dr. Mendis has enjoyed all the countries though he could not do a few tours in Peru which is understandable due to political unrest. We will recommend Ada Tours to all our clients in Sri Lanka and will start promoting your tours in our website.
Best wishes and kind regards,
Shamali
