Tour route
Day 1: Arrival at Pantanal
Welcome to Pantanal! At Campo Grande’s International Airport, a local driver will take you to your hotel in Pantanal. Pantanal is in the centre of the South American Continent. This is a unique world conservation area located in Brazil. A wetland covered with dense flowering vegetation is the main landscape of the area. Here, lakes and rivers with crystal clear water. It shelters the rarest specimens of birds and animals. Travelers stay in modern hotel-houses (Lodges), which provide complete comfort and convenience.
Upon arrival, the first impression is one of awe, as the sheer expanse of the Pantanal unfolds before the visitor. The sprawling marshes, lush grasslands, and winding waterways create a picturesque panorama that captivates the senses. The air is filled with the distinct sounds of exotic birds, rustling vegetation, and the occasional splash of aquatic life.
Pantanal is for nature lovers, scientists, fishermen, photographers, and people tired of the rhythms of modern urban life - this is the most suitable place. Here you will find peace, watching the life of birds and the huge size of butterflies, listening to the sounds of nature, dissolving in it. During your stay, the following tours will be scheduled at the pousada, horse riding, boat rides, trekking, piranha fishing, birdwatching, photo safari, and nocturnal viewing of the Caymans.
After arrival at the Hotel to unpack, the first tour is a boat ride in the afternoon to enjoy the breeze and see the sunset.

Day 2: Safari Day
In the morning, after breakfast, it’s time for horse riding.
Horse riding in the Pantanal is an immersive and enchanting experience that allows visitors to connect with the vast and diverse landscape of this unique wetland ecosystem. The rhythmic clip-clop of hooves on the earth sets the pace for the adventure, as the horse and rider navigate through narrow trails and open plains. The tall grasses sway in the gentle breeze, and the air is filled with the natural symphony of bird calls and the occasional rustle of wildlife.
The horseback ride provides an intimate connection with nature, allowing riders to appreciate the subtleties of the environment that might be missed in other forms of transportation. The calm demeanor of the horses and the expertise of local guides contribute to a sense of ease and tranquility during the journey.
After the adventure, return to the hotel to have lunch and a little rest before embarking on another journey.
In the afternoon, the local guides will take you to a photographic Safari to see the wonders of Pantanal in a 4x4 Jeep.

Photographers can witness the landscape coming to life as they capture the first light touching the water, creating reflections that add a magical quality to the images.
The wildlife photography opportunities in the Pantanal are truly exceptional. Capybaras, the world's largest rodents, may be seen lounging near water, while caimans bask in the sun along riverbanks. Birdwatchers can capture the elegant flight of herons, storks, and kingfishers, among countless other species. Majestic predators like jaguars and elusive giant otters might also be the focus of a lucky shot. Throughout the safari, guides share their insights into the behavior and ecology of the wildlife, enhancing the experience for photographers who seek not only stunning visuals but also a deeper understanding of the Pantanal's delicate ecosystem.

The city has retained much of its colonial charm and is a living museum of its historical past.São Luís is renowned for its well-preserved colonial architecture. The historic center of the city, a UNESCO World Heritage site, features numerous buildings from the 17th and 18th centuries. The Portuguese influence is evident in the colorful azulejos (ceramic tiles) that adorn many of these structures.

Day 6 : Barreirinhias - Grandes Lençóis
In the morning transfer to Barreirinhas. (4 hours) Transfer to the hotel.
Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, located in the northeastern state of Maranhão, Brazil, is a unique and breathtaking natural wonder known for its striking landscape of vast sand dunes interspersed with crystal-clear freshwater lagoons. The park covers an area of about 1,550 square kilometers and is characterized by extensive sand dunes that resemble a sprawling, white "bed sheet" (hence the name "Lençóis," which means "sheets" in Portuguese). During the rainy season (typically from January to June), rainwater accumulates in the valleys between the dunes, forming thousands of blue and green lagoons.
The Bonita Lagoon stands out for being located in one of the highest points of the Park and forms a complex network of interdunal lagoons, offering several alternatives for visitation. Upon arriving at the vicinity of Lagoa Bonita the visitor must "climb" a dune approximately 30 meters high from where you can contemplate the dune field and lagoons. Also you are impressed by the immensity of the Restinga forest forming a true green "wall" against the advance of the dunes.
Having overcome this challenge, the visitor is invited to recharge in the waters of Lagoa Bonita, Lagoa do Lagoa Do Clone "where the Novel O CLONE Was Recorded" being able to swim, practice diving and sunbathing.

Dear Anna, Alexandra, Iona and the rest of the team at Ada Tours
Feed-back from a happy, satisfied customer!
A very big thank you for your very efficient services, Hospitality and most importantly your patience throughout the tour of my client. Dr. Chrysantha Mendis is very happy with the entire Tour. You did a fantastic job by organizing a detailed tour package covering 7 countries, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil. Dr. Mendis has enjoyed all the countries though he could not do a few tours in Peru which is understandable due to political unrest. We will recommend Ada Tours to all our clients in Sri Lanka and will start promoting your tours in our website.
Best wishes and kind regards,
Shamali

Hi Anna, thank you for the update on the glasses. I’ll wait and see what happens! Alan and I are now back in the UK. We loved our trip to the Pantanal and Bonito. Our guide, Alessandra was brilliant with lots of knowledge and very considerate and helpful. The only hitch we had was on our flight back to Rio because the second leg of the trip was cancelled and we were rescheduled to a later plane and our luggage was mislaid. Fortunately it arrived in Rio a day later, before we flew home. Thank you for arranging the trip.
Best wishes Carol

Hello Anna and Natalia,
Thank you for all your help with our trip! I know our group was difficult, and I appreciate your patience with us. We loved the tours, the horseback ride, and the absolutely beautiful lunch at the vineyard. Our guides and drivers were fantastic, especially Luis. And the hotels were perfectly located. It was such a convenience to be centrally located in both Lisbon and Madeira.
I hope you enjoy a wonderful holiday and I look forward to working with you in the new year!
