Why This 11-Day Argentina Luxury Tour Is the Perfect Journey

Top highlights

This Argentina luxury tour and VIP tour Argentina immerses you in the atmosphere of Latin America, where every place is full of its own character and history. The carefully planned 11 day Argentina itinerary lets you see the key dimensions of the region, from natural landscapes to a cultural environment that has been forming for centuries. This Luxury Argentina vacation is also a Patagonia and Iguazu tour and a luxury tour Argentina 11 days and Argentina Brazil combined tour experience.

Mountains reaching into clouds, dense jungles, wide coastlines, and hidden lagoons follow one another. The program includes ancient cities, powerful waterfalls, encounters with local craftspeople and artists through which everyday life and traditions are revealed. The logistics are calibrated so that the journey moves without overload but is rich in impressions.
The journey is built on sensations: the taste of local food, the sound of live music, the deep color of the surrounding space. It is not a set of impressions but a sequence of states that stay with you after you return. This VIP Argentina travel and custom Argentina itinerary is for those who value not only geography but a change of feeling.
Buenos Aires. Stone facades, balconies with iron railings, wide avenues where the traffic does not slow even in the evening. Passionate tango and rich cuisine: this is how an elite Argentina luxury tour begins. An evening, subdued light, sensual music. Tango is not explained, it is watched in silence, catching every pause and movement. Dinner here becomes part of the performance.
Perito Moreno Glacier. Cold air, the crack of ice, a brief pause, and a mass breaks off and falls into the water. You stand on the walkway and watch, afraid to move. One of the moments people travel all the way to Argentina for.
Patagonia. Wind, an open line of horizon, rare structures. The day passes in silence. The lodge in the steppe deepens the feeling of solitude and distance from everything familiar. This Private Patagonia tour and Patagonia luxury lodge experience is a highlight of any Patagonia and Iguazu package.
Ushuaia. The mountains come right up to the water, clouds hang low, the weather changes within an hour. Here the route becomes quieter, attention sharper, and movement lighter.
Beagle Channel navigation. The boat moves across dark water, the shore recedes, islands ahead. Penguins and many birds live here, and you could watch them forever.
Iguazu Falls. First you hear the roar, then the line of waterfalls appears. Water falls without pause, spray rises upward. The space fills with sound, and attention fully switches to what is happening, clearing the mind of all thoughts.

Your 11-Day Argentina Luxury Tour Itinerary

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Buenos Aires - Four Seasons Hotel
You are met at the international airport and taken to the Four Seasons Buenos Aires hotel (price on request). A luxury room with beautiful views; breakfast included.

Welcome to the Paris of South America, a city of refined architecture. The vibrant city of Buenos Aires has always been considered a cultural center for its wide avenues, magnificent facades, green parks, and soft light.

The first thing that strikes you on an Argentina luxury tour is the scale of Buenos Aires. The Avenida 9 de Julio is wider than eight lanes of traffic, and the Haussmann Baroque facades rise five or six stories, not allowing the sky to close in overhead.

The Four Seasons Buenos Aires stands in Recoleta, a neighborhood where quiet streets smell of jasmine. A room with a city view: in the mornings the eastern light is soft, almost watercolor, and breakfast by the window becomes part of the journey.

If you appreciate the understated elegance of the Four Seasons and Buenos Aires' refined architecture, our luxury Brazil tour offers the same level of impeccable service, from ocean-view suites in Rio to colonial charm in Paraty.
Day 1: Arrival in Buenos Aires - Four Seasons Hotel -0
Day 2: City Tour & Legendary Tango Dinner Show
Introduction to Buenos Aires: a Buenos Aires city tour). Past the wide avenues, you head to La Boca neighborhood: bright houses, the damp air of the port. Then a walk through San Telmo antique market: old cafes with open doors and quiet conversations. At Plaza Dorrego among the antique stalls you could easily stay longer than planned: old clocks, crockery, books with faded spines. Finally, the strict geometry of Plaza de Mayo Buenos Aires and the muted pink facade of the Casa Rosada.

By evening the light softens, sounds become quieter. Cafes and restaurants with live music and dancing come to the fore. An evening tango show Buenos Aires at Gala Tango (price on request; replacement with a similar restaurant possible) with dinner. An orchestra, fragrant appetizers, wine in the glass. Tango lives in nuance: a slight shift of the body, gliding across the floor, a slightly longer pause. From this tension the real depth is born. Transfer included.
Day 2: City Tour & Legendary Tango Dinner Show -1
Day 3: Free Day - Tigre, Gaucho Ranch or Uruguay
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time: a moment to slow down or choose one of the proven options of this VIP Argentina travel experience.

Optional Day trip to Tigre Argentina: Tigre is 40 km from Buenos Aires along the Rio de la Plata delta. Within an hour the road reaches the water: the river delta branches into dozens of channels and the town seems to break into islands. People here often travel by water, on private boats, motorboats, and river trams. On a tourist boat you glide along the canals where through the dense foliage you see mansions with moorings, terraces over the water, green parks, and many small restaurants and cafes. This is a different Buenos Aires: quieter, more private, almost intimate. You see San Isidro with its colonial architecture, the presidential residence of Quinta de Olivos, and the 19th-century yacht club building.
Day 3: Free Day - Tigre, Gaucho Ranch or Uruguay -2
Full-day excursion to a Ranch & Gaucho Fiesta*
Optional Estancia gaucho day tour: the asphalt gives way to a dirt road, the air becomes drier, the smell of grass is stronger. The ranch meets you with homemade empanadas and wine in a pulperia, the traditional bar.

Then a walk around the grounds and horse riding, a visit to the local museum and church. Working up an appetite, you enjoy asado: meat cooked over an open fire, with smoke. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served, then a traditional dessert with coffee or tea.

After lunch: folk dances and, of course, tango. The climax: a show in which Argentine gaucho cowboys demonstrate their skill with horses and lassos, racing over barriers.
Full-day excursion to a Ranch & Gaucho Fiesta* -3
Tour to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay*
Optional Colonia del Sacramento tour: a day trip to Uruguay from Buenos Aires starts with a ferry crossing of the Rio de la Plata, which here is as wide as a sea with a dense grey-blue color. The charming town of Colonia del Sacramento greets you with the smell of warm stone and eucalyptus in the shade of courtyards. Narrow streets with uneven cobblestones, low houses with tiled roofs: architecture preserved since the 17th century when the Portuguese founded the city. This architecture made the city a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A good lunch, then a leisurely tour by tourist bus through the historic center and waterfront. The city is proud of its parks and gardens, quiet streets, and the waterfront stretching to Real de San Carlos with its bullfighting arena.

Free time for independent exploration.

Included: transfer hotel to Buquebus port and back, walking tour of Colonia, and ferry tickets Buenos Aires to Colonia and back.
Tour to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay* -4
Day 4: Flight to El Calafate - Gateway to Patagonia
Individual transfer from the hotel to the airport for the flight to El Calafate tours in Patagonia. From the dense city atmosphere, you move to almost complete silence. The air is colder, drier, the wind is felt immediately, the open steppe stretches to the horizon.

After arrival you are taken to the Eolo Patagonia lodge, a Patagonia luxury lodge on a ranch estate with panoramic views of the valley, lake, and mountains from the windows. Superior room, full board.

Best time to visit Patagonia: October to March, when the days are long, the roads are open, and the weather allows more time on the trails.
Day 4: Flight to El Calafate - Gateway to Patagonia -5
Day 5: A unique natural wonder - the Perito Moreno Glacier
Morning departure to Los Glaciares National Park. On the way the guide tells you about the glacier and the park. The road goes through open steppe, then cold blue lakes and dark mountain masses appear. In Patagonia the space does not press down, there are few reference points, so attention sharpens. You can hear your footsteps, the whisper of the wind, and see the movement of clouds.

The excursion to Perito Moreno Glacier begins on the walkways right at the glacier front. The ice rises as a high wall, the surface broken with deep cracks. A dull crack is heard, then a brief pause, and a mass of ice breaks away into the water. Spray rises upward, the sound spreads through the valley. The route passes several viewpoints over the glacier and the unique park landscapes.

Optional Glacier trekking Perito Moreno: a walk on the glacier and a cocktail with ice from the glacier itself. Return to hotel.

If the raw power of Patagonia's ice captivates you, our Great South America tour connects you to the continent's most dramatic landscapes, from the Uyuni Salt Flats to the Torres del Paine massif.
Day 5: A unique natural wonder - the Perito Moreno Glacier -6
Day 6: Journey to the End of the World - Ushuaia
Morning departure to El Calafate airport and flight south to Ushuaia tours, the southernmost city on the continent. Here the mountains come right up to the water and the climate changes within a day: cold wind, low clouds, sharp light.

Arrival, welcome, and transfer to Arakur Ushuaia hotel (superior room, breakfasts included). Reviews of the Arakur Ushuaia note its solitude, quiet, large windows, and level of service. The hotel stands on an elevated position with a panoramic view of the Beagle Channel navigation and the mountain ridges.
Day 6: Journey to the End of the World - Ushuaia -7
Day 7: Tierra del Fuego National Park - Park Walk
After breakfast, departure to the legendary Tierra del Fuego National Park. This is one of the most expressive routes in the region and the most southerly nature reserve on the planet, which means you are at the end of the world.

The road runs along the Beagle Channel, the coastline stretching in a narrow strip with mountains rising immediately behind it. The park covers more than 60,000 hectares and the space changes at almost every turn: grey rivers, dense forests, open valleys, cold lakes.

You walk along the Pipo River and see the Susana mountains, Redonda Island, Ensenada Bay, and Roca Lake. Strict forms, restrained colors. The unnecessary falls away: conversations, tension, hurry. People leave here with focused attention and a rare feeling of clarity.

Day 7: Tierra del Fuego National Park - Park Walk -8
Excursion to Martillo Island and Magellanic penguins Ushuaia* (optional)
Transfer to the port (about 20 minutes), then a two-hour trip into the Beagle Channel. The water is dark and dense, the wind strengthens as you move away from shore.

Martillo Island appears as a low line on the horizon. By late September the Magellanic penguins return here, take their places, prepare nests, and move in short runs along the shore. Beside them nest Gentoo penguins with their bright beaks, moving confidently and barely reacting to people.

The space is filled with bird calls and the sound of wings. Albatrosses, cormorants, petrels, condors, and South American terns also nest here. The distance almost disappears. The birds pass by or fly nearby, going about their business, not noticing the people. At some point you stop being an observer and simply exist within this space, with the wind, the sounds of the colony, and rare pauses.

*Optional excursion.
Excursion to Martillo Island and Magellanic penguins Ushuaia* (optional) -9
Day 8: Flight to Iguazu - Belmond Hotel
Transfer to the airport and flight north: the climate changes immediately on arrival, the air becomes denser, warmer, and humidity is felt on stepping off the plane. This is the Iguazu Falls tour: a phenomenon that no photograph can convey.

Iguazu is a system of 275 water streams stretched almost three kilometers along the border of two countries, which is why they are part of an Argentina Brazil combined tour.

The water does not fall in a single line: it breaks into dozens of cascades, disappears into mist, and returns as spray. The roar is audible even on approach.

Check-in at the Belmond das Cataratas hotel This is one of the finest 5 star hotels Argentina has to offer, and one of the best Belmond hotels Argentina Brazil.), the only hotel inside the Brazilian national park. Deluxe room, breakfasts included.
Day 8: Flight to Iguazu - Belmond Hotel -10
Day 9: Brazilian Side of Iguazu Falls
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you head to the Brazilian side of the famous Iguazu. The road passes through dense greenery, the air becomes humid, and the ground vibrates.

The Guarani Indians called this place Big Water. Here the river plunges into a vast gorge and from the Brazilian side beautiful panoramas open up: a wide front of waterfalls disappearing into the mist.

The route runs along walking trails of about 1,200 meters with viewing platforms for spectacular photos. Do not miss the chance to walk to the Devil's Throat Iguazu, the largest of the cascades.

The scale is felt physically: the roar of the water drowns out conversation, the vibration passes through the body, spray flies at the face. This is the Luxury Iguazu Falls experience.

For travelers who want to combine Iguazu with the vibrant energy of Rio and the sophistication of Buenos Aires, our Dreams Come True tour of Brazil and Argentina offers the perfect blend of waterfalls, city life, and coastal beauty.
Day 9: Brazilian Side of Iguazu Falls -11
Macuco Safari*
Optional Macuco Safari Iguazu: the drive through dense jungle begins: humid air, thick greenery, sharp smells of leaves. The route goes by 4x4 through the national park with short stops. The guide tells you about Iguazu National Park and its inhabitants.

At the river, you'll transfer to a speedboat. The engine revs up, and within minutes you're right at the base of the falls. Water plunges from above, pounding against the hull as spray rises in a thick curtain. Your clothes quickly get soaked, and the roar drowns out any chance of conversation. The closeness is so intense you'll want to shout with exhilaration!

If you wish, you can arrange a recording of the trip – on-route filming captures the entire adventure, from the jungle drive right through to approaching the waterfalls.
Macuco Safari* -12
Bird Park*
Optional Iguazu Bird Park: near the national park sits a bird park with open enclosures where you and the birds share the same space. Birds move freely, fly over the paths, and land on branches within arm's reach.

Species typical of the region: toucans with large bright beaks, parrots of rich shades, rare tropical birds with contrasting plumage.

Colors are dense, almost unreal: deep blue, saturated red, yellow and green transitions. You could spend ages watching the park's inhabitants - their graceful flight, the texture of their feathers, the vivid spark in their eyes. It's all too easy to stay just five more minutes… and glance up to realise an hour has slipped away.
Bird Park* -13
Helicopter ride Iguazu Falls*
Optional Helicopter ride Iguazu Falls: a sharp takeoff, the rotor noise drowns out the sound of the water. Then altitude gained, and the line of waterfalls opens in front of you in its entirety. From above you can clearly see how the river breaks into dozens of streams and plunges down, forming a ragged edge.

You fly over the cascades and turn toward the Devil's Throat. From here it looks like a funnel into which the water disappears. On a sunny day the cloud of spray above the gorge holds many rainbows.

A serious shot of adrenaline guaranteed!
Helicopter ride Iguazu Falls* -14
Day 10: Argentine Side of Iguazu Falls - Devil's Throat
First you travel through Iguazu Falls both sides national park on an eco-train through dense jungle to the walking trails. Three routes await you on the Argentine side Iguazu:

Lower Circuit (1,700 m, about 1h 45min, medium level): the route leads down to the walkways. Here the streams fall almost overhead, water breaks on the rocks and flies in spray. You clearly see the Saltos Alvar Nunez, Elenita, Lanusse, and Bosetti cascades: a dense wall of water without breaks.

Upper Circuit (1,300 m, about 1 hour, easy): the path runs along the line before the drop. The water comes to the edge and breaks away right beside you, the walkways vibrate slightly. The Adam and Eve cascades are especially beautiful here.

Devil's Throat (1,000 m, about 1.5 hours, medium level): the point with the most powerful stream. Water falls from 82 meters into a narrow gorge, raising dense mist from below.

After the route: transfer to the airport and flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival, welcome, and transfer to hotel.
Day 10: Argentine Side of Iguazu Falls - Devil's Throat -15
Day 11: Departure from Buenos Aires
Individual transfer from the hotel to the airport for the flight home.

Time to gather the impressions that have followed one another so quickly over these days. The trip to Argentina stays with you: as many images and experiences. The dense city rhythm of Buenos Aires, the open silence of Patagonia, the cold air of Ushuaia, the humid hot breath of the Iguazu jungle. Not only the landscape changed but perception itself, from observation to full immersion.

Our VIP tour Argentina is an 11-day journey that delivers a rare spectrum of impressions. What lingers in the memory is not the points on a map, but the moments – the passion of tango, sizzling meat at a ranch and the dash of the gauchos, the understated beauty of Patagonia, the profound silence of the Land of Fire, the endless succession of Iguazú cascades. This 11 day Argentina itinerary is designed to leave you with memories to treasure for years to come!

Buenas noches Viera.
REVIEW №8- Marina Ryzhuk
Pavel, good afternoon!
My name is Marina Ryzhuk. A few weeks ago, our VIP group from St. Petersburg visited Rio with you. I believe you remember them well.
I’d like to thank you for your excellent work with our rather demanding guests. After the trip, they spoke very highly of your services. Our particularly important gentlemen especially appreciated your personal approach — you managed to find a special way to connect with them.
Through your tours, they were able to truly feel the city, which is absolutely priceless on such trips.
Thank you!

Anna, thank you very much on behalf of our tourists, the Chubar family, who visited in February.
They praised your excellent and well-organized work and were very pleased!
They said everything was as precise as with the Germans :)
REVIEW №11- Mikhail and Elena Leksikov
Good afternoon, we were in Rio de Janeiro March 15–17, 2020. Not for long, but it was very full of experiences.
The driver who met us at the airport, to our joy, spoke English and even a little Russian. He pointed out where we could walk and eat.
The next day we met Eleonora, a GUIDE and a Person with a capital P. We were lucky to visit Corcovado and see Brazil’s main symbol. Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it to Sugarloaf Mountain due to the coronavirus quarantine.
Instead of the canceled excursion, Eleonora gave us an impromptu city tour. She tells stories in an interesting way, knows a lot, but doesn’t overwhelm with facts, shows where the best photo spots are, and even took pictures herself. Thanks to her, we managed to get coffee and souvenirs—it turned out not so easy to find what we wanted.
She was very caring and concerned for us—even after we went to Búzios, she kept checking how we were, suggesting where to go and what to see and buy.

A very close-knit, friendly team, always ready to help.
REVIEW №12- Nikita, Saga Tour Operator
Good afternoon, Alexandra!
Thank you very much for the organization and support.
The tourist was very happy and said everything was top-notch :)
Paraty is definitely a place to recommend—it leaves no one indifferent. Porto Real is probably in the best spot on that coast.

Thank you!
Wishing you success in everything!
REVIEW №13- Natalia

REVIEW №14- Nassir and Sholpan
Alexandra!
Our clients have returned, very satisfied.
They left a special review about the guide in Quito:
In Quito, we had a wonderful guide named David.
During our three-day visit to Quito, your guide David was with us. He made our stay in Quito rich, interesting, and unforgettable. Not only does he know a lot about the city, the country, and its nature, he is also a truly interesting person himself. Our three days were filled with conversations about everything. Our knowledge of Ecuador is now practically encyclopedic—we learned so much. And the most important part was that it all happened through engaging discussions.
We’d like to highlight his punctuality, his thoughtfulness, and his attention to detail. His advice on restaurants and places to walk during our free time was invaluable. We’ve met many guides—this is the 103rd country we’ve visited. We don’t always get so lucky with a guide, but David was exceptional. Thank you to him and to all of you!!!

THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION.
REVIEW №15- Elena and Evgeny

A poem dedicated to the Ada Tours guide!
In Rio, where sunlight meets golden skies,
Our guide Paulo greets us with kind, warm eyes.
He knows the whole city, where secrets lie deep,
And welcomes each guest with joy that’s sincere.
“Come on,” he says, “to Corcovado,
Christ calls you up to heaven’s shadow.
Then on to the beach, where waves beat the shore,
Copacabana invites us once more.”

Paulo will show us where samba resides,
Where Brazil’s true heartbeat endlessly thrives.
In favelas he sees not poverty, but life,
Where sparks of hope conquer struggle and strife.

With a smile, he leads us along every way,
Paulo’s our friend, our golden pathway.
A Brazilian guide, a master of wonder,
With him, Rio feels closer to heaven’s splendor.

This poem is from me, for you.

Good afternoon, Alexandra.
I want to thank you for organizing our vacation.
Our guides were simply outstanding – top class.
Pavel knows so much about Brazil and Rio in particular. He’s very easy to talk to, communicates effortlessly with people, is always learning something new, and gladly shares his knowledge. An excellent guide and a wonderful person.
And Tiago – we spent two days with him. He’s amazing. Even after 18 years of work, he hasn’t lost the ability to genuinely admire the beauty of the waterfalls. He still takes photos like it’s the first time.
With your guides, it’s never boring! Thank you once again!!!
REVIEW №34- Tatyana Yakubova
Hello, Alexandra.
I am sending you the full version of the tourists’ feedback:
We are publishing our review after our trip through Argentina–Uruguay–Brazil with my wife. It is always a pleasure to share emotions when they are entirely positive! We want to thank the entire Ada Tours team who helped us organize the perfect journey. From the very idea of the trip to its completion, you were always in touch with us, tailoring excursions and building the itinerary based on our requests, while also giving valuable advice and making all necessary adjustments. Everything exceeded our already high expectations – the trip was very rich and exciting! We recommend this route to everyone, especially when its organization can be entrusted to professionals☺️
We would especially like to thank you for selecting wonderful guides and drivers. At every stage, everything went like clockwork – we never missed a single thing, and the drivers were always extremely polite and pleasant.
Our journey began in Buenos Aires with a city tour. We visited the main square – Plaza de Mayo, cathedrals, and saw key architectural monuments from the Spanish colonial period, as well as the modern financial center. We explored the vibrant and colorful La Boca district and the main city ports. We were lucky with the weather, and the tour was fascinating. The guide advised us to visit several additional places, and we chose the Recoleta Cemetery, where many of Argentina’s most famous figures are buried. After the tour, we asked to be dropped off near the entrance and bought tickets. The only issue we faced was that we couldn’t pay in cash, but other visitors kindly helped us with the payment. The cemetery left a strong impression on us – we would definitely recommend it as a must-visit.
In the evening, we went to a tango show that exceeded all expectations. We watched authentic Argentine tango performed to live music, enjoyed Argentine wine, and saw other artists showcasing traditional instruments. The show was incredible and allowed us to truly experience the local culture.
The next morning we traveled by ferry to Montevideo. The journey was very comfortable; we would only recommend bringing snacks and an extra layer of clothing, as despite the heat, the ferry was air-conditioned and quite cool inside. We loved the city itself – we managed to see all the main sights and stroll along the coast. Midway through the tour, a wonderful lunch was arranged for us, followed by a light meal at the hotel.
After Montevideo, we continued as planned to Patagonia, where we spent just under three days. This place amazed us – it’s like nowhere else on Earth. From our hotel, we could see the vast Lake Argentino with its turquoise waters (sometimes flamingos can be seen there, though unfortunately we didn’t). The scenery of the Patagonian steppe and mountains will remain in our hearts for a long time. We took an excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier – a unique wonder, truly beyond words. Probably the most powerful impression of the whole trip came from this glacier and the national park. It’s something everyone should witness with their own eyes.
After our mini-journey in Patagonia, we went on to Iguassu Falls, viewing them from both the Argentine and Brazilian sides. The sight was utterly unique and magical! Jungle, soaring eagles, butterflies, monkeys, and an endless chain of waterfalls stretching beyond sight. The park’s trails are very well maintained, with rest areas to escape the heat and humidity, and facilities everywhere.
The final stop of our trip was Brazil’s tourist capital – Rio de Janeiro. We visited the Christ the Redeemer statue, with its breathtaking views of the city, then spent time on Copacabana Beach, enjoying the Atlantic Ocean.
Overall, our journey was amazing and very full! And most importantly – as comfortable as possible, considering how vast the geography of our route was. Thank you!
Once again, thank you!

Sincerely,
General Director
