With the arrival of the sunset the golden and red tones transform the desert resulting in a truly breathtaking view. Continue on to the Atacama Salt Flat, High Plain Lagoons & Socaire and finally to The Tatio Geysers. More than 70 fumaroles jet steam hundreds of metres into the air and form pools of boiling water where you can enjoy a bath in the Cordilleran hot springs under the watchful eyes of the Andes mountain range.
Return further South for a few days in the Torres del Paine National Park enjoy breathtaking scenery in Patagonia! Immerse yourself in nature beneath the iconic towering granite peaks, awesome glaciers and abundant wildlife. Relax at one of the park's spas or explore the park for hours on foot or horseback. Your nature adventure doesn't have to stop there, continue on to Punta Arenas on the look out for penguins, whales and birds on a boat tour through the Strait of Magellan, the gateway to Patagonia.
If you have time for more make sure you visit the colourful coastal town of Valparaiso known for its bohemian culture and street art or discover the Chilean ‘Lake district’ ideal for hiking, kayaking in the foothills of Osorno Volcano.
