Most of the park is under special protection, and there is a ban on the extraction of any minerals in this zone. And he is acting for a reason, since it is still quite easy and simple to find gold in the riverbed of the park. The rest of the territory of the national park is at the disposal of the local Indian peoples: Vayana, Tekos and Maripasula.
