Day 1: Sao Paulo
Arrival at the airport of Sao Paulo. You will be met by our driver. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: Sao Paulo
After breakfast at the hotel you will have a guided city tour around Sao Paulo. We start our tour at the historical downtown. We will visit Se Square, Sé Cathedral, the largest Japanese quarter in the world, the city 's Foundation Square, we will drive along the Tea Bridge, visit the Municipal Opera and Ballet Theater, the Station Square, the Municipal Market, Republic Square, the Building of Italian Terrace. Then, we will explore the modern part of the city: central Paulista Avenue, Ibirapuera Park. The huge territory of the park is decorated with water channels, lakes, spreading trees, There are a lot of playgrounds and bike trails in the park too. You can also see the Obelisk, the monument built in honor of the heroes of the revolution of 1932, as well as the Bandeiras monument, created in memory of the expeditions that was in search of gold and precious stones in the first century after the discovery of Brazil. At the end of the tour we will see elite areas with the modern architecture of the city, and visit the graphite district.
Day 3: Sao Paulo- Foz do Iguaçu
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Iguasu. Arrival in Iguasu and transfer to the hotel. After that you will go on a adventurous tour to visit the amazing falls. Foz de Iguassu Falls are located on the borders of Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay - and have 275 large water flows, falling from a terrible height. Falls are located in the National Park with its unique flora and fauna, which appeared after a volcanic eruption, and the displacement of the earth formations. The name Tupi-Guarani Indian tribe is translated from the waterfalls and means "big water". Day 4: Foz do Iguaçu
After breakfast you will get to the Argentinian Side of the Falls by the bridge Tancredo Neves, built over the river Iguassu. The Argentinian side is different from the Brazilian one - here you will be under and below the falls at the same time. You will feel the power of the falling water very close to you and will be able to enjoy the natural park around this astonishing beauty. You will see the birth of the “Devil Throat”.
Day 5: Foz do Iguaçu - Rio de Janeiro
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival in Rio de Janeiro, your driver wil meet you at the airport and you will be transferred to your hotel. Rio de Janeiro is green hills, blue sky, beautiful bays, islands and marvellous beaches. It is the second biggest city in Brazil and, certainly, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Blue ocean water will call you to the beach. The most popular beaches - Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon, are famous for its black and white tiled promenade. From early morning to late in the night you can see people playing football and volleyball on the golden sand of the beaches. For those who prefer active holidays Rio offers opportunities to practice almost any sport: golf, tennis, surfing, rafting, diving, delta flight and many others. Numerous open cafeterias on the beach will offer you refreshing coconut water, freshly squeezed juices and other drinks. You can also see presentations of local musicians on the beach playing all kinds of music.
Day 6: Rio de Janeiro
City Tour and Sugarloaf mountain (4 hours) After breakfast a half-day excursion to the Sugar Loaf is planned. The first stop is on Urca Mountain, with a wide viewing area, where you can eat in the restaurant or bar. On the mountain of Sugar Loaf you will have a beautiful view of Rio, Copacabana beach, the bay, the surrounding mountains, islands in the ocean, bridge Niteroi, and the statue of Christ on Corcovado Mountain. Then you will go by car to the central regions of the old Rio, where you will admire several old churches, monasteries, the main cathedral of the city, as well as buildings built in colonial style.
Day 7: Rio de Janeiro
Corcovado and Crist the Redeemer Statue (4 hours) After breakfast we set off on a tour through the city. Arriving at the station, where the environmentally friendly train will take us through the jungle to the top of Corcovado. Day 8: Ilha Grande
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Ilha Grande (car, then group boat), accommodation at the hotel. Ilha Grande is an hour by boat from the coast of Angra dos Reis and is one of the most pristine remnants of Brazil's Atlantic rainforest. The island houses one of the richest ecosystems in the world, and a hotspot for biodiversity and conservation. The entire island is a protected area, a real paradise with many beaches, mountain peaks, waterfalls, and forests! Welcome to paradise!
Day 9: Ilha Grande
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a wonderful boat tour to the most famous beach of Isla Grande: Lopez Mendes. After a small 20 min hike over the hill that gives access to this paradise beach you descend in flour white and soft-sand and are greeted by palm trees, amazing blue ocean and nothing else. Admire the emerald sea immerse yourself in the pure water. In the afternoon you have time to book an optional tour to the blue lagoon (not included)
Day 10. Ilha Grande – Paraty
Breakfast. Transfer to Paraty (group boat, then by car). Accommodation at the hotel. The small beach town of Paraty is like a museum in a tropical paradise. Paraty is one of Brazil's most appealing and exquisitely preserved historical towns. Paraty's colonial center is remarkable not only for its centuries-old architecture, but also for its lack of vehicles and traffic. The irregular cobblestone streets are closed to motor vehicles, making it a delightful place to stroll about. Elegant white buildings adorned with fanciful multi-hued borders and latticed windows blend harmoniously with the natural beauty that envelops the town.
Day 11: Paraty
Breakfast. A group tour for the whole day to an amazing place awaits you! Not far from Paraty there is a small fishing village – Villa da Trinidad with 4 paradisiacal beaches and a walking route through the Atlantic Forest to the natural pool of Caixa d'asu. Our tour lasts 6 hours and is conducted in minibuses with accredited guides specializing in the history, ecology and culture of this place. Arrival in Vila de Trindadi (30 minutes from Paraty) Tour route: • Praia do Sepillo: photo stop (preferred by surfers). • * Praia dos Rauchos: stop for lunch (not included in the price) on the way back from the trail (where there are fishing bars with rocks forming natural sculptures). • Praia do Mayo: a great spot for swimming. • Cachadaço beach: with access by trail/ trekking approx. 40 minutes (medium difficulty) • Caixa D'aço Natural Pool: rocks form a pool in the middle of the sea, a great place for swimming and snorkeling, where you can see various kinds of colorful fish and diverse marine fauna.
Day 12: Paraty -Sao Paulo
Breakfast. Transfer to Sao Paulo Airport for international flight
