Galápagos Islands, Ecuador Witness the unique wildlife and pristine natural habitats across 19 of The Galapagos Islands.  Due to its geographical location at the confluence of three ocean currents, the Galápagos provide the perfect environment for a plethora of marine species making it ideal for nature lovers and adventure seekers.  Travel by boat between the islands to explore, snorkelling and diving offer the perfect way to view the marine life up close. Buenos Aires, Argentina Buenos Aires is a melting pot of cultures, influenced by Europe, Africa, and indigenous peoples of Argentina, resulting in a unique cultural landscape. Atacama Desert, Chile. Known as one of the driest places on Earth, the Atacama Desert boasts otherworldly landscapes.  Amongst the hills of sharp rocks and unusual shapes of the Cordillera de la Sal discover the Valley of the Moon, a true geological spectacle that forms part of the National Reserve Los Flamencos and will make you feel like you are walking on the surface of the moon.   Continue on to the Atacama Salt Flat, High Plain Lagoons & Socaire and finally to The Tatio Geysers. More than 70 fumaroles jet steam hundreds of metres into the air and form pools of boiling water. With the arrival of the sunset the golden and red tones transform the desert resulting in a truly breathtaking view ending with a blanket of stars across the night sky. 


Amazon Rainforest As the world’s largest tropical rainforest, rich in biodiversity and indigenous cultures, the Amazon Rainforest can be visited from several South American countries including Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia and Ecuador so it's an obvious stop for any South American itinerary. Lake Titicaca (Peru and Bolivia). As the highest navigable lake in the world, Lake Titicaca can be visited from Peru or Bolivia.  The Uros community still lives on the lake, amongst unique islands, including the floating Uros Islands which host hundreds of families living on the floating reeds.


Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia. Salar de Uyuni is the world’s largest salt flat, which at the right time of year has spectacular mirror-like reflections.  Explore the salt flats and visit Incahuasi Island for some of the world’s most surreal and unique landscapes.  


Iguazu Falls (Argentina and Brazil). One of the largest and most impressive waterfall systems in the world, Iguazu falls is located at a crossroads between Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil.  View the power of the falls from various vantage points including the famous Devil's throat. Feel the power during a boat tour which takes you metres from the falls or discover the thousands of different waterfalls which make up the falls along walking trails through the lush jungle that line this spectacle.
